Wife Accuses Port Harcourt-Based Pastor Miracle Of Assault, Infidelity, Marrying Other Women Despite Being Legally Married To Her
Miracle further alleged that her husband has used the police to intimidate her and restrict her movements.
Success, the wife of Prophet Umueke Miracle, the leader of Dynamic Flame of Fire and Miracle Ministries, has accused her husband of bigamy and infidelity.
She alleged that despite being legally married to her, Prophet Miracle has married another woman and even paid her bride price. She also claimed that a third woman is currently living with him while he remains legally married to her.
In an audio recording obtained by SaharaReporters, Mrs. Miracle said, “He married me legally and then married another woman and also brought another girl. He can sleep with anything in a skirt.”
Mrs. Miracle further alleged that her husband has used the police to intimidate her and restrict her movements.
Earlier on Sunday, SaharaReporters reported that Miracle had been arrested by the police for detaining his wife, Success, for five days in a house in the GRA area of Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
SaharaReporters had earlier reported on Sunday that Success had been freed and that Prophet Umueke Miracle had been invited by the police over the alleged illegal confinement of his wife.

Confirming the development to SaharaReporters, the state police commissioner, CP Olugbenga Adepoju, said, “I have told them to take him to the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID). The DC (Deputy Commissioner) will handle it there.”
SaharaReporters learned that Prophet Miracle was taken into custody after honouring a police invitation to appear at the station. This came after DPO Abacha led a police team to his house to free Success from detention.
Speaking further, Success said, “My brother reported the matter at Umuokoro Police Station, but my husband has already gone to the State CID to file a complaint against me. He knows I am aware of all his secrets. I want to free people’s souls from his cage.”
Describing him as a “fake pastor,” Mrs. Miracle accused Prophet Miracle of planning to evict her from their home.
“He called the police and told them that on Monday, he would use the police to move my things out of the house. He said he would release everyone else living in the house, but I would not be allowed to leave. He plans to bring the police to guard the house while he locks up everywhere,” she alleged.

Mrs. Miracle detailed how her husband allegedly began a relationship with a woman named Suzanna, who was initially married to a man named Ibrahim. She claimed that Prophet Miracle took Suzanna away from her husband and eventually paid her bride price.
“He got married to me legally on December 28, 2017. By the end of 2019, Suzanna, who was married to Ibrahim, started attending our church. Rumours started going around that he was dating her. He first brought her to our house, claiming her husband was suspicious of her and that she wanted to join us in fasting and prayers. I initially resisted, but after pressure, I agreed she could come from her husband’s house,” Mrs. Miracle explained.
However, Mrs. Miracle said that after some time, the rumours intensified, causing some members to leave the church.
“Suzanna’s best friend, Amarachi, eventually exposed the affair. She even had recordings. When I confronted him, he denied it. But I later discovered he had already paid Suzanna’s bride price and moved her into a house in GRA. He returned the bride price paid by her husband to him and started living with her,” she said.
Mrs. Miracle claimed that Prophet Miracle stopped coming to their home regularly and would only visit on Sundays and Tuesdays after church services to count offerings.
“One Sunday, he left me at home and drove off to see Suzanna. He later told me he would find another place for me to live because people were talking about him not staying at home anymore. He rented an apartment for me but barely visited. Sometimes, I would see Suzanna’s name when she called him,” she added.
She further alleged that Suzanna’s child belongs to Ibrahim, as she has not had any children with Prophet Miracle.
Mrs. Miracle also claimed that her husband has brought a third woman into their lives.
“My soul and spirit have been tormented. I don’t know why I stayed in this marriage for so long. He has a third woman now. The second wife lives in a two-bedroom flat downstairs, while the third woman stays with him. I have never benefited anything from this man,” she stated.
Mrs. Miracle accused Prophet Miracle of domestic violence, claiming that he physically abused her and restricted her communication by confiscating her SIM cards.
“He beats me and no longer comes close to me. I have endured enough,” she said.
Miracle is currently at the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
At the station, Success confirmed that her husband had denied her access to her family and restricted her communication.
“Any little thing, he would seize the phone. Everyone in the house does not have a phone because of me, so that I would not get any phone to make calls,” she told the police.
Confinement Of Wife For Five Days
Success earlier told SaharaReporters that the incident stemmed from a long-standing pattern of control and financial abuse in their marriage, which began in 2017.
She revealed that her husband had imposed strict rules forbidding her from opening a bank account or having independent financial resources, despite not providing her with money for personal expenses.
“We have been married since 2017. Anytime we have issues, he would put me under house arrest. He made it clear that I should not have my own money or even open a bank account, but he wasn’t giving me money either,” Success exclusively told SaharaReporters.
“Regarding the current issue, he made some rules that I should not have my own money, I should not even open bank account. But he is not giving me money.”
She alleged that Prophet Miracle had been accumulating properties in his name while engaging in extramarital affairs. Attempts to request financial settlement from him were dismissed, with the pastor insisting he could not use church funds to settle their marital issues.
Faced with financial hardship, Success said she secretly opened a bank account with Access Bank and started a small business selling water and other supplies needed for the ministry.
She disclosed that some ministry staff supported her by helping with sales and depositing proceeds into her account.
However, Prophet Miracle eventually discovered the account through one of his secretaries. Success alleged that her husband tricked bank staff into revealing her account balance by falsely claiming he intended to deposit ₦500 million into the account.
She said, “Anytime I tell him that he should settle me (give me money) that I want to go, I want to leave him, he will say he has no money. I keep telling him that he should remember how I helped him, how I suffered with him and it will be my loss to leave him without being settled.
“So I thought of having a bank account. I opened Access Bank account. And I started doing some business. I started selling water and other stuff needed in the ministry. I told some of the staff about it and they helped me in getting sales.
“They always send money made from the business into my Access Bank account. My husband did not know about it.”
“Then he accused me of stealing his money and running a business under his ministry without his permission,” Success said.
On Tuesday night, Prophet Miracle forced his wife into his car and took her to a house in GRA, behind Casablanca, opposite the former Rita Gate.
Success said that he confiscated all her phones to prevent her from contacting anyone.
She said, “He lied to the bank staff the he wanted to make a deposit of N500 million in the account since I am his wife. This is what made the bank to check what I had in the account. They told him my balance.”
“He told me he was going to sue me and has kept me here since Tuesday night. It’s not a prison; it’s a normal house that I think he rented,” she added.
