Why Ekiti South Agenda Collapsed in 2022 – Comrade ldowu Afuye.
Former coordinator of the Ekiti south development agenda comrade ldowu Afuye has said the Ekiti south development agenda collapsed because of the inability of major contenders in both the major political parties in Ekiti, the P.D.P and the A.P.C to see beyond personal interest and work for a united and credible candidate.
Afuye in a statement personally signed said he did his best towards the success of the Ekiti south Agenda.
He particularly said in P.P.D then, the likes of Senator Biodun Olujimi, Dr Kayode Adaramodu,and Prof. Olusola Eleka should have reached consensus and pick the most credible candidate among them, while in the A.P.C, the likes of Surveyor Biodun Aluko, Hon Debo ranti Ajayi, Rt Hon Femi Bamisile and others should have close rank and pick a consensus candidate among them.
He said after the collapse of the agenda he has no option than to move forward.
He stated that those alleging of jettison the Ekiti south agenda are neophytes in politics.
