Why eating of fish far better than meat

Many lovers of #RenosNuggets ask me the source of my mental acuity. And it is down to this. Eat fish. Especially oily fish.
The natural Omega 3 in fish is the best brain food you could ever find in nature. No pharmaceutical company can devise a better brain supplement. Not only does it improve your mental alertness, and your deductive ability, but it also prevents brain degeneration that could cause dementia, Alzheimer’s, or Parkinson’s Disease in later life.

I do not eat red meat. However, I regularly consume fish, like salmon, cod and tuna. But even less expensive fish, like mackerels and sardines, have enough brain-boosting Omega 3.

After his resurrection, the only thing Yeshua (Jesus) ate in His new body was fish. We see this in John 21:9-10. And the only food that Nabi Isa (Jesus) multiplied was bread and fish-Luke 9:16. Matthew 15:36.

And the unique thing about a lot of these fish is that they also have iron. So they can make you stronger in the head and the bed, if you are married. I am vehemently against premarital or extramarital relationships.

Please fact-check me: Red meat is linked to an increased risk of Alzheimer’s and other brain degenerative disorders. Why? Because our Creator did not design man to eat meat. Read Scripture. Yeshua hardly ate meat. And in the beginning, God did not appoint meat for man. Man only began eating meat AFTER the flood destroyed all the vegetation on Earth. We see this in Genesis 9:3-4:

“Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything. But you must not eat meat that has its lifeblood still in it.”

The challenge is that even after God warned us, we still eat meat with blood still in it. Red meat is significantly less toxic to humans if you can drain it of the blood until it becomes lean meat.

And Omega 3 works best if, along with consuming it, you also do brain exercises, such as puzzles, sudoku, heavy and constant reading, and engage in meditation and physical exercise.

It is also ideal to identify the things that make you happy, and work them into your daily schedule. Many people do not realise how little things, like walks, dancing for fifteen minutes, talking to your mother (her voice is a natural stress relief to you, her child), and maintaining a garden, add to the quality of your life.

Meditation is not some Eastern religious practice. It was a regular practice in Scripture, as we see in Genesis 24:63:

“And Isaac went out to meditate in the field in the evening.”

I am fifty years old. Yet, my body fat is similar to that of an eighteen years old. The man in this photo is my more handsome brother, ten years younger than me. But I run faster than him. I am also more powerful in another area that I am not sure it is decent to publicly talk about.

I am energetic and have a high libido, which I use responsibly. Because I respect my body, and use it as recommended by the original Manufacturer, God. Thus, it is as close to its factory settings as possible.
