Youth Advocates For Peace Justice And Empowerment Network (YAPJEN) a non Governmental and good Governance Organisation has declared it’s support behind Hon. Nasir Adhama, The Senior Special Assistant to The President on Youth and Students Affairs and Hon. Blesssing Akinlosotu, The President Nigeria Youth Congress over their Position on the various Initiatives of President Buhari towards lifting the Nigerian youths from poverty.
*YAPJEN through its National President, Amb Timothy Nwachukwu restated the Position of Hon. Nasir Adhama and Hon. Blessing Akinlosotu which they succinctly stated in a town hall meeting in Abuja while adressing a cross section of Nigerian Youths under the auspices of Nigeria Youth Congress.*
*The Senior Special Assistant to the President, Youth and Students Affairs Hon. Nasir Adhama, was quoted thus, “since the history of the country, there hasn’t been any administration that has tackled poverty head long like the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.*
*”The President holds the agricultural sector very close to his heart and would continue to create numerous empowerment programmes to alleviate poverty and improve the participation of the young people in attaining his mandate of food security in Nigeria.”*
*Meanwhile, The President of Nigerian Youth Congress (NYC), Blessing Akinlosotu, on his part stated Without Mincing words that “Innovation was important and urged the youths to think deep and discover how they can come up with Innovative ideas that can improve the country’s standards,*
He opined on accelerating and scaling up innovation in Agricultural Sector which has the potential to trigger the transformation needed to respond to feeding a growing and increasingly urbanized Nigerian population.

Adamu Musa Uba, Northern Coordinator of YAPJEN stated that the various Empowerment intiatives of Mr President in the area of Agriculture, Presidential Youth Empowerment Scheme (P-Yes) N-Power Program among others have indeed lifted Thousands of young Nigerians from poverty, making them agric millionaires and Entrepreneurs.*
The group stated that President Buhari’s indelible imprint among the Nigeria youth populace is too glaring to be denied by even the worst critic of his Administration.
