President Bola Tinubu has approved the new Harmonised Terms and Conditions of Service (HTACOS) for the officers and enlisted personnel of the Nigerian Armed Forces.

This approval came on Monday during a National Defence Council meeting at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

During the meeting, President Tinubu reaffirmed his dedication to the welfare of military personnel, stressing the importance of their contributions in safeguarding Nigeria’s territorial integrity and stability.

The approval is in line with the administration’s wider agenda of welfare reforms and institutional strengthening.
