The workaholic Council chairman of Ivo local government area, Hon. Chief Ajah Emmanuel Ogbonna (Confirm) has continues to display his benevolence and indepth love for education and humanities from inception, as part of administrative measure to harness and lift the burden in the life of many.

While receiving the designated leadership representing ivo students of Akaeze and Ishiagu Community extraction of the Council, the students appreciates the chairman for trademark of peace and development delivered to his people in less than a year since handled the baton of leadership and his foundational achievements both in security network and monumental infrastructural growth, various empowerments, alleviation of poverty and joblessness among the youths and succour to the less privileges and generally making headway to thrive educational systems of the local government.

Moreso, the students tender an “Awards of Excellency” to the chairman for his exemplary etiquette in leadership and as an act of honour for more dividend of democratic benefits, and a mode of hearty appreciation for various students under the scholarship scheme of “Confirm Foundation” and lot beneficiaries of WAEC holders across the local government.

Thus, the chairman admonished the students to focus on the main objective of education and stay glue to their academic, “you are the eye of leadership tomorrow and the society expects more from you upon your graduation from your various schools, ivo people are known for their excellent work in all departments of life and the students must show same attitude in their quest”. And advised the students to shun all despicable sort of characters like cultism, promiscuous lifestyle while in school and promised to facilitate the payment of their bursaries in the month of August, 2023.
