RISING ABOVE ADVERSITY : EMBRACING THE EAGLE WITHIN – Bar. Banji Alabi
In a world where mediocrity often seeks to hold us back, it’s crucial to recognize our innate potential and soar to greatness. As Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians 16:9 (NKJV), “A great and effective door has opened to me, and there are many adversaries.”
This profound statement reminds us that our level of assignment will determine the level of adversity we face. However, we must not faint. Proverbs 24:10 (KJV) cautions, “If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small.”
To achieve greatness, we must prepare for battle, mudslinging, blackmail and betrayals – even from those closest to us. The higher God promotes us, the more enemies, betrayals and rumors we’ll face. But we must rise above them all, like the eagle, fearless and unconquerable.
The eagle’s strength lies not in its physical prowess but in its unwavering spirit. We, too, can tap into this inner strength, refusing to be held back by naysayers and doubters.
As Francis Sinatra aptly put it, “The Best Revenge Is Massive Success.” Rather than seeking revenge, channel your pain into fuel for greatness.
Pastor Victor Segun Aigbogun’s wise words echo this sentiment: “The level of your assignment will determine the level of your adversity. You must not faint!”
In conclusion, remember: you are an eagle, destined to soar. Don’t let others redefine your potential. Embrace your inner strength, rise above adversity and achieve massive success.
Remain an Eagle, at all cost . Soar to Greatness.
You will succeed
