TO GOD BE THE GLORY.
My deepest heart of appreciation to God Almighty as today makes it a whole of 365 days that I was sworn in as a member Ondo State House of Assembly to represent the good people of Owo Constituency one, I appreciate God Almighty.
Upon coming on board one year ago, I made it known emphatically that, my office and my lines will always be opened for all constituents which we have stayed strong with since our inception.
Within the little time, many efforts has been embarked on in reshaping the different styles of representation that we are use to, which is making myself available to the people at all time, to be sincere, except if am out of the country there is no any single week that I don’t come around to check the state of the community, fun with constituents, engage people on matter arising and making quick or better forms of resolving these issues.
Our jamb scholarship did not stop, because we have won the election, No!!! But, we have increased numbers of beneficiaries in 2020 which we are optimistic that the next edition will surely have more increased numbers.
We have pulled our gained experiences together in other to make available a smooth working relationship between the executive and legislative arms of government, just for the sole boon of our people which with no doubt, impacts are been felt within our community.
Though, the betide of covid-19 took some part of the one year, but we never allow the ugly happenings to disturb the good work, as different sensitizations and campaigns were embarked on both on Radio and different medias to orientate our people on preventive and precautions, different palliatives were equally rolled out for different sections across the community, such as widows, orphanage Home, religious leaders, and the vulnerable.
On my own path I had like to make available stimulus packages for everyone, but to be honest and sincere, we all know this is not feasible, however we tried all we could to put smiles on the faces of many which we are still very sure of continuing on such based on our capacity.
On our community Development, I had like us to move around and see the level of road constructions in our environment,all these are possible via our strong sense of facilitations and this is just the beginning of greater concepts in owo kingdom.
To this end I will like to appreciate Mr Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu for his strong efforts and willingness act of complementing all our moves in ensuring we have a Developed Owo kingdom.
Let me also appreciate all the monarchs (the Kabiesi’s) in owo kingdom, beginning from the Olowo of Owo Oba gbadegesin Ogunoye for their supports in making the legislative assignment and moves a just and even one.
My appreciations to all party leaders, from the state Exco,local Government Exco,the Ward Exco down to the Units Exco, women leaders and youth leaders from the five wards that constitutes our constituency, I appreciates you all for the cooperation and supports in the last one year of inception.
To all our constituents, that comprise of different sets which makes the community, such as markets women, the Artisans, Religious Leaders, our youths and etcetera, I appreciate you all, yes!! we have touched some individuals directly but we can’t continue to mention names, and am sure we will continue to make you all smile by making provisions for the needful.
We will continue to prioritize efforts that will enable you all to be made whole and we will push forward to ensure fast growing sight for our community.
Indeed I must confess, am proud of you all, and am equally assuring you that we will continue to push up and we won’t relent until we achieve the OWO kingdom of our dreams.
