Omoyele Awolowo Lysender berates Otito Atikase over Stance on NDDC Electrification Project
A prominent Youth from the ondo Southern Senatorial District, Mr Omoyele Awolowo has berrated the member representing the state at the NDDC, Hon. Ottito Atikase over the statement released by him relating to the inspection of the Governor on the ondo South electrification project.
Awolowo in a statement released to our heritage reporter on Friday morning, says it is commonsensical for all and sundries to know that the Governor owns final say on every inventories that occur in the state.
The full statement reads:
ONDO STATE REPRESENTATIVE IN BOARD OF NDDC, AND ILLUSIONISM OF SELF AGGRANDIZEMENT.
Reading with rapt attention the write- up released by the representative of Ondo State in Board of NDDC concerning Mr. Governor’s inspection of Ondo South electricity project executed by NDDC. As a concerned citizen, I feel prompted to address this unholy and poorly presented write-up against the person of Mr . Governor.
It’s commonsensical to everyone in Ondo state that Mr. Governor has the final say in whatever happens in his State, and it’s also consequential to understand that a Commissioner in the board of NDDC is just a Commoner, and there are many decisions that would be taken without his knowledge in the board.
Therefore, Mr.Governor has once served as a member of the Board, and the project has been executed even before him as a member. NDDC is a segment under the leadership of Mr. Governor, whatever NDDC does in the State, will only happen with the intervention of Mr.Governor.
If someone sees NDDC as a crescendo of his or her political carrier, and believing he or she has arrived politically. We will advise him or her to go back to the history of the commission, and for him or her to understand that the Commission has been created in many years back.
Dragging Mr. Governor unnecessarily into this cheap awareness, will not be tolerated henceforth, because His Excellency is much more busy in his determination to provide first class governance to the people of Ondo rather than listening to all these fruitless distractions.
