Justice Fred Njemanze of Owerri High court has ordered the permanent and absolute forfeit of Royal palm springs and all properties contained in pages 226 to 272 of the Imo state Government white paper gazette on recovery of Lands and properties belonging to Imo state.
The Royal Palm springs hotel and suit located along Akachawa , off wetheral Imo state, which was built by the former Governor’s wife Nneoma Nkechi Okorocha, has been under lock and key for the past four months following the Senator Hope Uzodimma’s determination to recover all the stolen land and property by the past administrations.
Recall, during the governor’s stakeholders meeting held recently in the state, Senator Hope Uzodimma told all and sundry that , he will leave no stone unturned in Recovering stolen lands and wealth of Imo people.
Going further, he advise all to be calm and law abiding,as all recoverd items will be handed over to the right owners .
