ODHA Majority Leader in Collaboration with Council Chairman Commence Grading of Rural Road in Owo Constituency 1
Appreciates Mr. Governor For His Support
In response to the complaints of Owo Constituency 1 people over bad road networks, which has frustrated daily activities over time, their complaints have been met with an immediate response. After complaining to various quarters about their plights, the Honourable member representing the constituency, Hon. Oluwole Emmanuel Ogunmolasuyi and the Owo Local Government chairman, Chief Samuel Adegbegi have commenced grading rural roads in the constituency.
Over time, the constituency members have complained about the stress they have to go through whenever they ply the rural roads for their daily activities and sometimes have to pay more for transport. After receiving complaints, a Construction Company surveyed the affected roads at the request of the ODHA Majority Leader and Owo Local Government Chairman for assessment. And now work has commenced.
Speaking on Friday during the commencement of the rural grading, the Majority Leader, ably represented by Otunba Olanitori, informed the people that they have responsible leaders who understand their plights. In his word, “the response towards road reparation shows Owo has representatives who understands that the interest of their people comes first and this what you are seeing in the Majority Leader and the Local Government chairman.” He also stressed that the support of the Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akereredolu (SAN) has also made this a reality. Finally, he assures farmers and business people the relief to come once the grading is done.
The rural grading commenced from Olupenmen palace and is expected to cover Ipenmen, Odeiya, and Isuada. On this note, we would like to commend Mr. Governor for his open mind and the Owo Local Government Chairman, Chief Samuel Adegbegi’s steadfastness for support to make life easy for the Owo people at large.
Also, special appreciation goes to HRM, Oba Ebenezer Adewumi Ogunmolasuyi ll, The Olupenmen of Upenmen and his chiefs, HRM Oba Oluwafemi Joel Adeluwoye ll Asauda of Isuada and His Chiefs for the necessary support needed to actualize the road reparation. Once again, the ODHA Majority Leader assures his constituency of listening ears and constantly making efforts whenever duty calls
