Zechariah 3:1 KJV.
“And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him”.
☆☆☆ The devil is always struggling to occupy the right hand side of any man’s life so he can keep him out of success.
☆☆☆ You can imagine the devil trying to confront the angel of God who was sent to deliver Joshua.
☆☆☆ The devil is aware of the importance and benefits of the right hand to any life and that is why it has become his main target.
■■■ Look at this 👇
☆☆☆ Nigeria changed from the right hand drive to left hand drive on April 2, 1972.
☆☆☆ This was meant to demonstrate our freedom and independence from the British.
☆☆☆ Compare the history of Nigeria before 1972 with years after 1972.
☆☆☆ Is anybody noticing something !!!
☆☆☆ How can you move from right to left (right to wrong) and expect things to be well?
☆☆☆ If you are on the right hand side of life, things will certainly be right with you.
☆☆☆ The Bible scholars believed that this word “right hand” occurs 166 times in the scripture.
☆☆☆ This proves the importance and significance of the right hand.
☆☆☆ Let us now look at the various biblical implications of the right hand:
1. The right hand is the hand of strength and power.
☆☆☆ The right hand signifies strength, perhaps that’s why most people are right handed.
☆☆☆ For that’s the hand that normally has the great strength.
☆☆☆ Most people write with their right hand, they do most difficult things with the right hand.
☆☆☆ This is the hand where strength typically occurs.
☆☆☆ For the scripture declares:
“Thy right hand, O Lord , is become glorious in power: thy right hand, O Lord , hath dashed in pieces the enemy” – Exodus 15:6.
“Thou stretchedst out thy right hand, the earth swallowed them” – Exodus 15:12.
■■■ This is the reason during wedding, the woman moves from the right hand side of the man (husband) to the left.
■■■ Meaning that the right hand of the man is for strength to defend his wife and not to beat her.
■■■ The woman moves to the left hand side, the side of safety.
2. The right hand is the hand of comfort, success and breakthrough in life.
“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness” – Isaiah 41:10.
3. It is the hand of help.
“For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee” – Isaiah 41:13.
4. The right hand is the place of authority.
“And David himself saith in the book of Psalms, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand”, “Till I make thine enemies thy footstool” – Luke 20:42-43.
“So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God” – Mark 16:19.
☆☆☆ It is evident from these scriptures that being on the right hand is symbolic of having authority and power.
5. The right hand is the hand of blessing.
The ancient patriarchs usually blessed their children and grand children with their right hand.
“And Israel stretched out his right hand, and laid it upon Ephraim’s head, who was the younger, and his left hand upon Manasseh’s head, guiding his hands wittingly; for Manasseh was the firstborn” – Gen.48:14.
6. The right hand is the hand of Sovereignty.
In the book of Revelation, we see a lot of emphasis on his Sovereignty associated with the right hand of Jesus as used throughout in Rev. 5:1; 5:7; 10:2; 1:16.
Clearly we see that the right hand is symbolic of rulership, authority, Sovereignty, blessings and strength.
7. Finally, being on the right side is critical to our eternal destiny and fatal to those on the left.
“And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats”. “And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left” – Matthew 25:32-33.
*_PRAYERS:*_
1. Father, in the name of Jesus, move me from the wrong side to the right side of life.
2. Oh God my father, step me out of the side of failure to the side of success and breakthrough in Jesus name.
3. I refuse to be coerced to remain on the wrong side of life in Jesus name.
4. Father, let things begin to work in my favour henceforth in Jesus name.
5. Oh God my father, help me to always be at the right place at the right time in Jesus name.

6. Father, please grant me the grace to enjoy the easy side of life where many others are expericing difficulties in Jesus name.
7. Father, in the name of Jesus, where others have failed, I will encounter success in Jesus name.
8. The same job others do and failed, I receive grace and favour to do same and succeed in Jesus name.
9. I will not become a refrence point for disappointment and failure in Jesus name.
10. Oh God my creator, let the tide turn in my father in Jesus name.
*PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS*
I pray for somebody today, even as I pray for myself, may you always be at the right hand side of God in Jesus name.
According to Psalm 109:6, I decree, satan will not have dominion over your right hand in Jesus name.
I prophesy, the Lord himself shall right whatever is wrong in your life from today in Jesus mighty name.
I pray for this nation Nigeria, arise oh God and put right all that is wrong in our system in Jesus name.
The left side is the side of sufferings, anguish and torment. I decree, the Lord shall relocate you from the left hand side of life to the right hand side from today in Jesus name.
Every power keeping you bound to the left side is broken today in Jesus name.
I prophesy, the blessings associated with the right side are yours from today in Jesus name.
You will always be at the right place at the right time in Jesus mighty name.
