The appointment of both Chief Pius Akinyelure as the new Board Chairman of Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL and the confirmation of Mrs. Wura-Ola Adepoju as the substantive Comptroller General CG of the Nigeria Immigration Services,(NIS) respectively are well deserved and timely.

These commendations were given by Barrister Moráyò Lébí, a Frontline All Progressives Congress, APC contender for the Ondo 2023 Guber.

Lébí described Akinyelure as a great man of honour and integrity whose appointment was well deserved.

Lébí said, ” Akinyelure is an elder stateman and with an in-depth and robust knowledge as among Nigerian pioneers in the Oil and Gas sector which President Bola Tinubu can really attest to”.

“Baba, It gives me the honour and pleasure to extend to you my sincere congratulations and warmest wishes on your recent appointment as Chairman, NNPCL.

I am confidence of your capabilities and experience from the corporate world to deliver at full capacity in this office.

Soon Nigeria will now realise much of your potential and possibilities for making NNPC a better place in all areas for the mutual benefits of our peoples”

He noted that Akinyelure is bringing his over five decades of cognitive corporate experience to bear in this political office and this will reflect on the supersonic performances that Nigerians and world are about to witness in due course.

Lébí also said that the combination of Alhaji Mele Kyari, NNPCL, Group Chief Executive Officer GCEO, with Akinyelure, a long standing ally of Mr.President is like putting the square pegs in square holes and it will bear good fruits.

Moráyò Lébí who is a major contender for the Ondo 2023 APC Gubernatorial flag gave these glowing tributes through a congratulatory message sent to Pa Pius Akinyelure.

He said,” Akinyelure has had a long lasting and trusted relationship with the president since their days in Mobil Oil Nigeria PLC.

He once attest that he doesn’t want Tinubu to venture into politics since he had a good career job but when he Akinyelure found out that he couldn’t hold Tinubu down, he told him to go and his resignation letter was kept in view.

It is also on note that Pa Akinyelure was a foundation member of APC where he later emerged the national vice Chairman (southwest) before he was appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari as board member of the NNPC.

In the same vein, Ambr.HK.Bello,the Director General, DG of Barrister Moráyò Lébí Campaign Organization, Branded as BML 2024 Team on behalf of Moráyò Lébí has congratulated Adepoju the newly confirmed Immigration CG.

Bello through an e-Signed Press states said Moráyò Lébí had also expressed optimism on the confirmation of Caroline Wura-Ola Adepoju as the new CG of Immigration.

He described the confirmation of Adepoju as very timely intervention that will not only help in revolutionalizing the Nigerian Immigration Services, NIS but stabilized the system.

He acknowledged that Adepoju is not just an officer but a ranking Immigration Officer of highest repute who is patriotic and has demonstrable courageous antecedent as a team player.

“Her elevation to fully be in charge of the NIS has ignite a perfect tranquility within the system and becoming a motivational tonic for all the officers”.

He concluded by saying through Adepoju the NIS will make Nigeria more attractive to becoming African destination for global investors.
