Matthew 21:19 KJV.
“And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away”.
*MESSAGE*
☆☆☆ Many sermons have been preached on this subject of the fruitless fig tree cursed by Jesus.
☆☆☆ The Spirit of God wants to draw our attention today to a particular issue we might not have thought about concerning the fig tree.
☆☆☆ You will all agree with me that leaves are the signs that draw attention to the fact that a particular tree has fruits on it.
☆☆☆ This is because the leaves are meant to create shelter for the fruits.
☆☆☆ When you therefore see any tree bringing forth fresh leaves, you will immediately conclude that it is time for the fruits to emerge.
☆☆☆ In the case of this particular fig tree, its leaves were fresh but no fruits for it to shelter.
☆☆☆ Since there were no fruits on the fig tree to shelter, it must have been creating shelter for something else.
☆☆☆ The fig tree also lived a deceptive life.
☆☆☆ Jesus, seeing fresh leaves; was hoping to find fruits on the tree but alas! No fruits.
☆☆☆ Beloved, some people today appear boyouant in looks but their lives are crying for repairs.
☆☆☆ Have you experienced a situation where by you need financial help but because of your appearance and probably the way you dress; some people believe you are rich.
☆☆☆ Some may even approach you for financial assistance.
☆☆☆ The fig tree was taken to be what it was not because of its appearance.
☆☆☆ I was in court one day, as a witness in a particular case. Shortly after, some criminals were brought in. I was shocked when one of them was calling for my attention. I was surprised, so I moved closer; only for him to start pleading with me to serve as his lawyer because he needed a lawyer urgently to secure his bail. I had to tell him I am a pastor and not a lawyer. The way I dressed made him believed I must be a lawyer.
☆☆☆ Is your life a true reflection of who you are?
☆☆☆ Are you looking “boyouant” outwardly but debts starring you in the face!!!
☆☆☆ People are coming to you for financial assistance but you have no one to run to.
☆☆☆ Nobody will even believe you too have a financial challenge.
☆☆☆ Are you married but no child yet but people address you as a mother!!!
☆☆☆ Whatever is your case, there is a God who can turn around ugly situations for good.
☆☆☆ Please cry unto him in prayers today and he will surely answer you in Jesus name.
*PRAYERS*
1. Oh God my father, please don’t allow my life to become like a fruitless fig tree in Jesus name.
2. Father, remove from my life any object using my life as a shelter without any positive impact upon my life.
3. Father, uproot from my life whatever you have not created with me in Jesus name.
4. I drink the blood of Jesus and I flush out every deposit of the devil in my body.
5. Oh God my creator, replace my ashes with your beauty in Jesus name.
6. My father, my father, let my life run according to your plan and purpose for me in Jesus name.
7. Father, please don’t allow me to experience a better yesterday in Jesus name.
8. I reject a reversal of fortune and I shall not lose my relevance in Jesus name.
■■■ When people come to you for help, it is because they believe you are in position to help.
9. Oh God my father, don’t allow me to disappoint anyone who may come to me for help in Jesus name.
10. Father, let my life produce fruits that will glorify your name in Jesus name.
11. Father, you know my needs, please let my testimonies become a testimonial that will draw people to the gospel in Jesus name.
12. Oh God my father, don’t allow my life to become a disappointment to you in Jesus name.
*PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS*
By the authority and the mandate of God in heaven, I decree, every unfruitful tree creating shelter for affliction, barrenness, poverty, sickness, untimely death, joblessness, stagnation, etc; in your life shall be uprooted from its roots today and burnt into ashes in Jesus name.
I prophesy, concerning somebody reading this message and prophetic prayers, every fruitless tree in your life shall wither from today in Jesus name.
■■■ In Mark 11:13, still talking about the same fig tree; Mark recorded that “For the time of figs was not yet”. But then, Jesus cursed this particular fig tree.
I decree and declare, in your journey through life, you shall not be unfortunate in Jesus name.
Every fruitless effort in your life is hereby terminated from today in Jesus name.
“Be fruitful and multiply” was the command of God to man, I prophesy, this scripture shall become manifest in your life from today in Jesus mighty name.
There is somebody out there, reading this prophetic prayers; there is an object moving in your body and the doctors couldn’t find a solution. I decree, by the authority of God in heaven, you that stranger in the body, COME OUT NOW IN JESUS NAME.
I command every buried glory and star to resurrect and fulfill their destinies now in Jesus name.
You will not die with your glory.
You will not depart this world without making positive impacts in Jesus name.
You life shall not become a disappointment to God and your family in Jesus name.
Your life shall not become a bundle of disappointments to everyone around you in Jesus mighty name.
You are blessed.
