A landlady has spoken out about a tenant who has not paid rent since 2013 sue her to court
She revealed her struggles, showing the tenant’s face and sharing that he has lived in her property for many years without paying.

A frustrated Nigerian landlady has spoken out about a tenant who has not paid rent since 2013 and refuses to leave her home, even taking her to court.

In a TikTok video, she revealed her struggles, showing the tenant’s face and sharing that he has lived in her property for many years without paying.
She cautioned other landlords to watch out for him as he is about to leave her place.

 

 

In her statement, she said: “My beloved people, here is the tenant who lived in our house from 2013 to 2024. He refused to pay house rent, refused to move out, and instead took us to court.”
