Just In : UK Prime Minister reacts to Nigeria’s President-elect Victory
United Kingdom Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak has congratulated Asiwaju Bola Tinubu on his victory in the just concluded presidential election.
According to the results declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Tinubu polled 8,794,726 votes to defeat
former Vice President Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who got 6,984,520 votes, while the candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi got 6,101,533 votes.
In a tweet on his official Twitter handle, Sunak wrote”
