Just In : Tension Grows Over Anouncement That Tinubu Will Be Removed From Office Before the end of his tenure
The National Democratic Coalition (NADECO) USA, has announced its plans to stop the continuation of President Bola Tinubu’s administration. According to Parallel Facts, the Executive Director of the National Democratic Coalition (NADECO) USA, Lloyd Ugwu said the group is ready to legally oust President Tinubu from power in a bid to rescue Nigeria’s democracy
“NADECO’s rescue mission on Nigeria’s democracy with well-meaning Nigerians,” Lloyd alleged that Tinubu’s government is undemocratic.
He further said Tinubu’s rise to power involved rigging and different forms of election malpractice.
“The goal is to flush out Bola Ahmed Tinubu legally. He should not remain president of Nigeria since he got into power through fraud.
“The emergence of his government is not democratical,” Lloyd Ugwu added.
Also, Prof. Monday Gold (Pres Ijaw Diasporan Council and member of NADECO) alleged:
The declaration of ‘victory’ for Tinubu by the Supreme Court does not negate the barrage of allegations against him, If these allegations are unaddressed, they will leave a lasting damage to Nigeria and Nigerians.
“Tinubu can never be considered as the legitimate president, we will utilize all at our disposal to unseat him.” During the session, American Lawyer and international law expert, Bruce Fein detailed the legal steps to oust the President from power. Fein recommended conducting interviews and issuing letters to expose Tinubu’s alleged lack of legal election. He also emphasized bypassing the judiciary, citing its perceived alignment with the Executive arm of government.
Also, Fein said, ‘to safeguard Nigeria’s democracy and challenge Tinubu’s administration, initiating a Freedom of Information Act request to obtain unredacted documents from the FBI is necessary.
