Just In : Serving PDP Deputy Governor Resigned, Dump PDP For APC
The deputy governor of Sokoto State has stated that he will be joining the All Progressives Congress Presidential rally in Sokoto state.
This was contained in a letter addressed to the PDP chairman in Kware Ward, Kware Local Government Area of the state, dated Febrauary 8, 2023.
Letter of Resignation
The reason for dumping the party is yet to be known as of press time, but was said that Dan Iya will be at the All Progresives Congrss (APC) presidential campaign rally scheduled to hold in Sokoto today, February 9, 2023.
The letter reads; “I write to notify you of my withdrawal from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with effect from February 8th, 2023.
“I appreciate the opportunity given to me, which made me serve under various capacity in under the PDP.”
