Just In : President Tinubu Takes Swift Action, Sacks Irukera And Okoh As CEOs Of FCCPC And BPE
A statement released on Monday through his spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu has authorized the immediate termination of Babatunde Irukera’s position as the EVC/CEO of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC)
Additionally, the President has sanctioned the removal of Alexander Ayoola Okoh from his role as the Director-General/CEO of the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE).
These directives are effective immediately and align with the administration’s efforts to restructure and reposition crucial federal agencies.
The dismissed executives are instructed to hand over their responsibilities to the next most senior officer in their respective agencies until new Chief Executive Officers are appointed.
The President’s directive mandates the immediate implementation of their removal from office.
