Just In : Mother of Popular Nollywood Actress bags Political Appointment
Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, has appointed Mother of Regina Daniels and veteran Nollywood actress, Rita Daniels, as his Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Women Mobilization & Empowerment.
Daily Gist 247 reports that the movie star announced her latest appointment on Tuesday via her Instagram page.
Before the appointment, Rita was the leader of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Women Wing and played a crucial role in mobilizing women’s support for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) during the governorship election.
It is believed that Reginal Daniels’ mother would bring to bear her years of experience in delivering effective service in her office.
