Important Letter to our Future Leaders – Banji Alabi Esq
–Today my hearts are with the over 70 million unemployed youths of our country :
U have continued to bear d brunt of this economic war : .
Scarcity , want , rampant poverty , hunger, deprivation have remained your companions.
Your dignity & future have been vandalized by our common enemies- D NIGERIA politicians —
U have been duped out of your senses
At d prompt of d enemies — d politicians –U kill each other, call other tribes unprintable names, do terrible things and sometimes, even lose your life, thinking u are fighting for your right, not knowing that u are fighting to sustain d scandalous luxury life style of someone—a governor, senator, commissioner , SA, SSA, minister, , who appropriate d resources of d state to care ONLY for Himself and members of his immediate family alone & whose own children are living in absolute luxury in Lagos , Abuja , America or London. They owned all d choices properties in Lagos , Abuja , London & the United States while u remain in abject poverty
There are only two tribes in Nigeria – (1) D rich (2) D poor : There is nothing like Yoruba , Fulani , Hausa, Ibo
One lesson all Nigerians must learn from recent events in Nigeria is that as a people, all we have is our neighbours. When you need some help at home, you knock on the door of your neighbour. The president, governor, senator or minister is not there to help you. Why then should you continue to fight your neighbour because of a man or woman who cares only about his own family alone ?
Our elites may deceive us about sharing the same religion or ethnicity with us, but time and again, they have proven that they do not care. We have been fools, killing one another on the basis of religion and ethnicity while they stay united across all the divides and plunder our wealth. The time has come for us to rise, educate one another and unite to fight our biggest common enemy.
The good news is that 2024 is at the corner – Let’s partake in d wealth of our Nation: We have alternative to our poverty as a people
My younger friends – our youths : U were created to be successful, to accomplish your goals, to leave your mark on this generation.
You have greatness in you.
The key is to get it out!! It is not too late to pursue your dreams. & live that luxury life style u always cherished :
Age is not a barrier– Age is mere numbers
Successful people have two things in common.
(1) THEY WANTED to QUIT.
ESPECIALLY when it got hard.
(2) They DIDNT quit when it got hard.
The pain is attached to the success you’re seeking.
Fitness. Financial. Family. Freedom. —It’s all going to cost you pain
That pain will either push you to quit or push you to win.
Those who quit because the pain was greater than their visions could have changed the world for the greater, but they couldn’t bear the pain.
They shorted the world of blessings because of their inability to persevere through it.
Our disciplines are tied directly to other peoples blessings.
I won’t let any amount of pain get in between peoples blessings. – I will remain steadfast & commited to d task of leaving d World better & Safer than I met it :

Here are d steps u must take NOW
Seek d face of d Lord: Let him reveal your talents to U : There is a reason why God created U : There is a role d Lord earmarked for u on earth — pray & fast that d Lord reveal the role to U — D roles are attached to your talents – find time today & list out your talents one by one — Develop two of them to world standard , commercialise them
— Learn d role/ trade: Be d best in d role/ trade : Be transparent : Be a man / woman of integrity : Be self reliant :
Put your trust in God & your two hands : D bible say – “Woe to u , if u put your trust in d arms of flesh ”
Make skill acquisition your No 1 priority (P1 ) commercialize d trade & start smiling to d bank
Listen U don’t need money to start a biz : U DONT need d politicians /people in Government,
U need customers & u need Jesus Christ our Lord & commander in Chief
