IMPLICATIONS OF THE DEATH AND RESURRECTION OF JESUS

Mark 16:6 KJV
And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him.
MESSAGE
☆☆☆ Jesus died so that you and I could live.
☆☆☆ What Jesus Christ died for can no longer kill you.
☆☆☆ The devil made a mistake by allowing Jesus to be killed and buried. Why?
☆☆☆ Jesus was in the grave for 3 days, preaching the gospel to those who died and were buried before the Messiah was born.
“For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit” – 1 Peter 4:6.
☆☆☆ The good news is this, some of those who heard the message in the grave, surrendered their lives to Christ.
☆☆☆ How do I know this, the bible recorded that such people also resurrected with him.
“And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose”,
[53] “And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many” – Matthew 27:52-53.
Lessons from the resurrection of Jesus Christ
1.The truth cannot be buried.
☆☆☆ The truth can only be concealed but not buried.
☆☆☆ The truth is like a seed, it doesn’t matter how long it is concealed, it will surely come to the open one day.
☆☆☆ When it does, that same seed multiplies into several fruits.
☆☆☆ Jesus himself confirms that he is the truth ????
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” – John 14:6.
2.If Jesus could be betrayed and persecuted, you too can.
☆☆☆ These days, your blood brother/sister can betray you.
☆☆☆ Jesus had warned ahead that in the last days, betrayal would be a common thing ????
“And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another” – Matthew 24:10.
☆☆☆ Beloved, trust no one but yourself. The best way out of disappointment, is never to expect too much from anyone.
3.He who laughs last, laughs the best.
☆☆☆ The enemies rejoiced when Jesus was buried but they were shocked and disappointed when he resurrected.
☆☆☆ Beloved, remain focused and don’t doubt the word of God. The word may tarry in fulfillment but it will surely come to pass, wait for it.
“For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry” – Habakkuk 2:3.
4.Jesus rose to give man freedom.
☆☆☆ The resurrection of Jesus is a proof that, irrespective of your challenges, you will surely overcome.
☆☆☆ Things may be so hard now, it may seem like you are at the end of the road, I have good news for you today; help is coming your way.
☆☆☆ The wife of one of the sons of the prophets, was in the same situation but divine help located her. Read 2 Kings 4:1-7.
☆☆☆ The woman of Zarephath in 1 Kings 17:8-16, was in a terrible situation but help came and all her needs were met.
☆☆☆ Beloved, hold on to Jesus and he will surely surprise you pleasantly.
5.There is hope for you
☆☆☆ The Pharisees and the Sadducees must have thought that they saw the end of Jesus but how wrong could they be.
☆☆☆ Jesus rose from the grave, meaning that those who thought you are finished will soon bite their fingers in regret.
☆☆☆ The brethren of Joseph thought that it was all over for him. But when God had repackaged the life of Joseph and reintroduced him to his brethren; they bowed down before him, again and again, before they realized it was the same Joseph they had sold into slavery.
“And Joseph was the governor over the land, and he it was that sold to all the people of the land: and Joseph’s brethren came, and bowed down themselves before him with their faces to the earth” – Genesis 42:6.
☆☆☆ Beloved, those who have been persecuting you will soon lose the battle and regret their actions.
☆☆☆ For you will rejoice at the end because your current situation shall surely end in praises.
PRAYERS
1. Oh God my father, deliver me from the hands of my persecutors in Jesus name.
2. Lord Jesus, don’t allow all that you died for, to have any negative effect over my life.
3. Because you arose from the dead, Lord Jesus, please take me out of the captivity of men.
4. Father, let those who have written me off be shocked by my sudden rise to stardom.
5. Father, make me a seed that can never die to my persecutors.
6. Oh God my father, let my enemies unconsciously position themselves as a bridge that I will use to cross over to my land of greatness and fulfillment.
7. Father, because Jesus rose, I will rise and blossom again.
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS
I decree into the life of someone out there, you will overcome your current challenges in Jesus name.
I decree and declare, you will not become a willful prey before your persecutors in Jesus name.
Those who are still expecting to find you where they last left you shall be disappointed for the Lord is moving you forward in Jesus name.
Those who will not be relevant to your future shall the Lord disconnect from your life today in Jesus name.
I decree, every business, currently in the grave of bankruptcy, rise and blossom once again in Jesus name.
Jesus rose from the grave, you too have no business remaining in the grave of indebtedness; step into the realm of your financial freedom in Jesus name.
Jesus is the reason for this season, may the joy of his resurrection become manifest in your life in Jesus name.
