IMO TO PLAY HOST TO THE NIGERIAN POLICE FORCE RETREAT.
Imo State will on 30th October, 2022, play host to a three-day retreat of the senior officers of the Nigerian Police.
President Muhammadu Buhari is expected to declare open the three-day event which would be holding at Landmark Event Center opposite protea hotel Owerri.
According to the Inspector General of Police, Alkali Baba Ahmed, this Year’s conference tagged “the imperative of a Nigerian Police strategic plan for peaceful election” was aimed at equipping the Nigerian Police with the relevant knowledge on how to discharge it’s duties for the 2023 election.
Those expected in the three-day conference are the 36 State Governors, Ministers, Heads of Government Agencies among others.
