‘If you don’t know I’m bigger than all of you combined together, then you’re sick’,— Wike tells Govs supporting Fubara
Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, has responded to governors of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who are backing Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara, claiming that he is bigger than all of them.
Wike urged the governors to refrain from making empty threats, asserting they would soon realize who holds true significance in the party.
On Saturday, Adamawa State Governor Umaru Fintiri, Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde, and other members of the former G5 gathered in Port Harcourt for a grand reception in Wike’s honor, hosted by the Rivers Ijaw Peoples Congress.
Addressing crowd at the event, Wike said: “Don’t ever think they are fighting me; they are not fighting me. I’m too big.
“If you don’t recognize someone who is bigger than you, then you are sick. I’m far far (bigger than) all of them put together.
“Let nobody threaten anybody; all those threats are empty. Soon we will know who is relevant.
“I said nobody will take over the structure of the party. You can have all the money; if it didn’t dey, it didn’t dey.”
