How Ogun State Government Relegated Egba Citizens To 3rd Class Below Ogun East and Ogun West – Group Alleges
Urges Stakeholders to begin strategic plans to take forefront in state leadership
It’s an absolute commonsensical matrix to the good people of Ogun Central (EGBA) at this critical milestone of our political journey towards the build up to elect a new Chief Executive for our dear state in 2027 to urgently Prod our political senses in case some of us and our leaders are forgetting the bitterness witness during the transition of Governorship baton in 2003, 2011 and 2019 .
Also , with the empirical evidences of deliberate lopsidedness of political considerations, infrastructural development and economy dividends against the Egbas /Ogun Central, the time is now for all Egba true Sons and Daughters to wake up from their perpetual slumber and returned our dear region back to glory
Ogun state as presently constituted with respect to infrastructural development, economy prosperity and political patronage favours only the people of Ogun East due to the examplanary performance of Gov Dapo Abiodun CON and unprecedented leadership of the Fmr Governor and Senator representing Ogun East , HE Otunba Gbenga Daniels .
The Ogun West also parades a Star Son and a political enigma with maternal root in Egba in person of Distinguish Sen Solomon Olamilekan Adeola YAYI whose representation is a manifest paradigm shift that has change the narratives of ogun west in terms of , employment opportunities at the federal, industrial development, infrastructural and economic revolution in less than two years of the Yewa / Awori illustrious Son representation in the Red Chamber
Ogun Central and Egba land shall by God grace rise again come 2027 as we have what it takes to restore our lost glory from a 3rd class citizen as presently constituted and witness in Ogun state to a first class citizens like Ogun West and Ogun East .
Let it be known to all and sundry that we have been neglected, abandoned and relegated because of some cowards who put their political considerations above our Egba collective INTEREST.
Further more, and sadly too, people who ignore history are bound to fall victim and repeat same mistakes of the past.
Therefore, those referencing themselves as political juggernauts and master strategists, who myopically think they will have their way in Ogun State come 2027 even in their flamboyant rambunctiousness and condescending manner will not only be defeated heavily but they will be thoroughly demystified with the unprecedented cohesion and unity of Egba /Ogun Central People .
We are now ready to take our right through engagement with all relevant stakeholders with respect to this shameful lop – sidedness against the Egbas
The gentility of a tiger should not and never be misconstrued as an act of cowardice . No region in Ogun State must see herself as superior to others
Any form of intimidation from ephemeral powers inside or outside shall taste bitter political defeat which will be inflicted on them by the masses of our dear state in particular and Egba in General
