How Much Will Your Fuel Cost, Marketers Asks Dangote
Recently, the management of the Dangote Petroleum Refinery announced that the production of petroleum products will soon commence at its plant in Lagos.
As a result, the National President of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) Abubakar Maigandi has raised concerns of oil marketers in the country.
Maigandi expressed the desire of the association members about the importance of making available to them the price list of the Petroleum products that will be produced.
This is because, in a statement made available last Friday, the Dangote Refinery had revealed that its facility will produce diesel and aviation fuel.
IPMAN President, Maigandi said while members of the association are optimistic about the production capability of the Dangote Petroleum Refinery, insisted that before its products hit the market this month, the oil marketers should know the price list.
They also are interested in knowing the product allocation from the refinery to them so that they can know how to fully depend on Dangote Refinery for their regular supply at affordable prices to look elsewhere to service their clients.
“We want to know Dangote petroleum products prices. We will request it so that we can give it to our members.”
