Hassan Laud Uzodimma for sponsoring 200 Muslims Pilgrimage for Hajj
…… Calls on 19 Northern Governors to replicate the same for Christian residents in their State.
The Special Adviser to Imo state government on Northern Affairs, Amb. Hassan Adamu, has Commended the governor of Imo state, Senator Hope Uzodimma for sponsoring 200 Muslim faithfuls leaving in Imo State for 2023 Pilgrimage in Hajj.
The Peace Ambassador, described such a gesture as unique and special, as it will foster unity and peaceful co-existence among Nigerians as a nation.
Recall, Governor Uzodimma at the Government House Exco Chambers, Owerri, charged the 200 Muslims in the State going for Haji to be true ambassadors of the State and be of good behaviour.
He added that it has been many years since any administration ever sponsored the hajj pilgrimage.
He further assured the Governor of his people full support for his second term bidding, He also prayed that God will provide the necessary support the Governor needs for his continuation as the next Governor of the State come November 11th.
Adamu, who affirmed that, Uzodimma has shown so much love for the northern Communities living in Imo state and as such that, the only way to reciprocate his love for them is to vote for him massively come Novermber 11 Guber election in Imo state.
Concluding, the Ambassador of Peace, Adamu called on all the 19 Northern Governors in Nigeria to, as a matter of unity and peace to reciprocate same to Christians leaving in their various states.
“Governor Hope Uzodimma have shown us love here in Imo state, all my brothers and sisters has made up their minds to vote no other candidate except Governor Hope Uzodimma” He asserted.
