Governor Donates 23 Hilux Vehicles And 50 Motorcycle To Security Operatives
About twenty – three Hilux vehicles and fifty motorcycles have been donated to security operatives to help address the ongoing security challenges in the Sankera area of Benue State.
Governor Hyacinth Alia of Benue donated the vehicles and motorcycles to security operatives to flush armed bandits and other militia activities around sankera axis which consist of Ukum, Logo and Katsina – Ala local government areas of the state.
Governor Alia, who expressed his administration’s exhaustion with the “armed bandits hiding in forests and consistently disrupting the peace of the people of Sankera axis, says the donation is aimed at strengthening the security presence and enhancing the operational capabilities of the security personnel in the affected region.
Stating that the vehicles and motorcycles are expected to boost the mobility and responsiveness of the security forces, enabling them to effectively combat the ongoing security challenges in the Sankera area.
