Gov. Aiyedatiwa’s Aide, Hon. Wellington Adebawo Bags CONYSSA outstanding leadership Award
The Ondo State chapter of Coalition of Nigeria Youth on Security and Safety Affairs CONYSSA has conferred award on the Special Assistant to the Governor of Ondo State on Emergency Response, Hon. (Prince) Wellington Oriade Adebawo.
The conferment of the award was carried out on Wednesday, December 18th, 2024 at the Special Assistant’s office in Alagbaka, Akure. The delegation of CONYSSA was led by the State Director of Programme, who conveyed a goodwill message from the Director General, Amb. Ade Mario Emmanuel. In his message, he commended Hon. Adebawo for his instrumental role in ensuring safety and stability within the state, noting the effective use of his office in promoting harmony.
Hon Wellington Adebawo was honored with the “Outstanding Leadership Award as an Icon of Security” in recognition of his exceptional contributions to national peacekeeping efforts.
CONYSSA described the award as a fitting and well deserved to his unwavering dedication to public safety.
In his remarks, the awardee, Hon. Adebawo expressed his heartfelt gratitude to CONYSSA for the prestigious award, acknowledging its significance both personally and for his office. He further lauded the CONYSSA team for their remarkable work, affirming that the organization is recognized globally for its impact and far from being a “mushroom” entity. Hon. Adebawo reiterated his steadfast commitment to supporting CONYSSA in all its future endeavors.
