In response to the ongoing violent cult clashes and security breaches in Owo, which have resulted in the tragic loss of lives, the Governor of Ondo State, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has imposed a dawn-to-dusk curfew in the town with immediate effect, until further notice.
All residents are instructed to remain indoors during the curfew hours. Exemptions will only be granted to essential services, including hospitals, emergency responders, and law enforcement agencies.
