Fubara’s Impeachment: Tinubu Told To Sack Wike Immediately

He made the call while reacting to the impeachment plot against Governor Siminalayi Fubara
Daniel Bwala, an aide to the 2023 Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar has advised President Bola Tinubu to sack FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike without delay.
He gave the advice in a post on X formerly Twitter while reacting to the impeachment plot against Governor Siminalayi Fubara.
Fubara who is not on good terms with Wike, paid a visit to the Rivers State House of Assembly Complex after a fire outbreak but he was attacked by police men who tear gassed and poured water on him.
Bwala while calling for Wike’s sacking said the country’s democracy does not recognise authoritarianism and Fubara should run Wike out of town with his executive powers.
He wrote:
“Sim Fubara should use the full weight of his executive powers to run Wike out of town. Our democracy does not recognize authoritarianism.
The person voted as the executive Governor and Chief security officer of Rivers State is Fubara. @officialABAT is urged to be extremely careful with Wike before Wike ruins his government’s image both locally and internationally. PBAT should sack Wike without delay”
