FROM MOCKERY TO MIRACLE. – Pastor Isaac Olutimehin
TEXT:
1 Samuel 2:8-9 KJV
He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD’S, and he hath set the world upon them.
[9] He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail.
*MESSAGE:*
☆☆☆ There is a God in heaven who can change the story of his children within seconds.
☆☆☆ Beloved, it doesn’t matter the length of your travails and struggles in the journey of life, when God steps into your case, you will forget the hardship of several years.
☆☆☆ The joy of it all is that God doesn’t need the permission of anybody before promoting you to become somebody in life.
☆☆☆ Beloved, it may interest you to know that there is nothing you may be passing through right now that is a surprise to God. God already had the solution before you had the problem.
☆☆☆ The challenges confronting you at the moment may be a set up by God to launch you into limelight.
☆☆☆ For example, the brethren of Joseph rebelled against him and sold him into slavery. Read Genesis 27:23-28.
☆☆☆ The wife of Potiphar lied against Joseph and he was sent to prison. Read Genesis 39:7-20.
☆☆☆ Joseph would have thought that God had abandoned him. However, his travails was a set up, by God, for him to come into prominence.
☆☆☆ Joseph slept one night as a prisoner but woke up the following morning and found himself in the palace as a second in command to Pharaoh, even in a strange land. Read Genesis 41:14-44.
☆☆☆ Beloved, when God wants to lift up somebody from ridicule to honour, God can turn the story of the once rejected to become a sought after.
☆☆☆ God can create a problem where he had been ridiculed and rejected, only for God to give him the solution to that problem.
☆☆☆ That was the experience of Jephthah in Judges 11:1-11.
☆☆☆ Jephthah was rejected by his brethren but he later became a sought after.
☆☆☆ God can even change the story of the fellow once considered to be nobody to suddenly becoming a force to reckon with.
☆☆☆ Again, that was the case of Joseph, his siblings wrote him off but by the time God repackaged his life and reintroduced him to his brethren, they didn’t recognize him anymore.
☆☆☆ Beloved, his brethren had bowed down before him again and again, 3 times, before they recognized him to be Joseph who they had sold into slavery years back. Read Genesis 42:6; 43:26; 44:14 and 45:1-5
☆☆☆ Let me share some testimonies with you to encourage and inspire your faith👇
*Testimonies and Prayers*
“A” – Remember the story of Olajumoke Orisaguna, that bread seller, who went out hawking bread one day but favour smiled on her. Somebody was just taking photoshoot and snapped her picture, posted it on social media, before she knew it, she had become a celebrity. You can Google her name, Olajumoke Orisaguna, to read her full story.
✓✓ I’m sure that while sharing her testimony, Olajumoke Orisaguna would have started by saying *”Come and see what God has done”*
✓✓ You need to quickly pray these prayers:
1. Oh God my father, give me a miracle that will change the story of my life entirely for good.
✓✓ God opened the book of remembrance of that young lady, Olajumoke Orisaguna.
2. My father my father, please open my book of remembrance today.
3. Oh God my creator, connect my pathway with that of my divine benefactor from today.
4. Father, advertise and showcase me for your glory.
“B” – I read the story of a little girl who went to buy a loaf of Al bany bread, she was holding the loaf and smiling with fullness of joy. Her smiles holding that bread, without even putting any slippers on, caught the attention of somebody who snapped her picture and posted it on social media.
Owners of Al bany bakery saw the picture and loved the way the little girl was smiling. That was how the little girl became an ambassador of Al bany bread. The company decided to sponsor her education to any level she could go. Built a beautiful mansion for her parents and the story of that family changed for good.
✓✓ Again pray these prayers:
5. Father, step me out on a journey that will change the story of my life for good.
6. Father, make me the Joseph of my family and that of my generation in Jesus name.
7. Oh God my father, let the rest of my family members rise through me in Jesus name.
“C” – The testimony of a man traveling but was given a wrong bag when he alighted from the bus. Unknown to him, the owner of that bag he was given was his destiny helper who got him job. His own bag was also mistakenly given to the other man who first dropped from the bus. The two bags looked very much alike. When the man open and checked through the bag, he found a diary where he was lucky to find a phone number that connected him with the other man who had his bag. He was actually going for an interview in a company. They got connected and later discovered that the owner of the bag he was given was the PA to the owner of the company he applied to.
✓✓ Can you please pray these two prayers quickly:
8. Father do an exchange in my life that will produce my miracle.
9. As I journey through life, oh God my father, don’t allow me to lose the address of my destiny helper.
“D” – I read the story of a young man who was living in a rented apartment as a tenant. He was going out to work one day, the landlord was chewing chewing stick on the first floor, he didn’t know the young man was stepping out and he suddenly discharged all that was in his mouth on the young man. The young man looked up and respectfully drew the attention of the landlord to what he had just done. Instead of the landlord to plead with him that it was a mistake, rather he said to him: if you are tired of living in my house, go and build yours. The young man didn’t say a word but cried silently to God to change his story. He later started his own business and left that house. Years later, he saw an advert of a house about to be sold and he bought it. It turned out to be the same house where he was ridiculed. The interesting aspect was that the landlord was yet to pack out when he took ownership of the house.
✓✓ Our God is a God of wonders without number.
✓✓ Again fire these prayer shots:
10. Oh God my father, let my mockers make the mistakes that will catapult me to the top.
11. Where I have been rejected and insulted, father, give me results that will terminate my insults.
12. Oh God my creator, turn my garment of shame to a garment of glory and honour.
*PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS*
For you this day, I decree, the Almighty God will change your mockery to honour in Jesus name.
To somebody out there, I decree, the Lord will change the viewing station of your life from mockery to pleasant views in Jesus name.
Where you have been rejected and dishonoured, there shall the Lord make you a sought after in Jesus name.
God who created you perfect, in Genesis 1:31, shall uproot from your life today, every form of ugly situation in Jesus name.
As you journey through life, I decree, you will not lose the address of your divine helpers in Jesus name.
May you not walk in the opposite direction of your assigned helpers in Jesus name.
The Lord shall connect your path with those he has assigned to lift you up in Jesus name.
May you not be manipulated to relocate from where your allocation is waiting for you in Jesus name.
Every garment of shame and reproach designed for you, the Lord shall set ablaze in Jesus name.
That garment of disgrace is not for you and you will never put it on in Jesus mighty name.
The glory of the Almighty God shall beautify your life.
You are the Joseph of your family and your destiny shall not be truncated in Jesus name.
It is from glory to glory in Jesus name.
