Former President Muhammadu Buhari Returns To Nigeria After A Month Trip To London.
Former President Muhammadu Buhari has returned to Nigeria after a month visit to London, United Kingdom.
Buhari’s return was disclosed in a tweet released via the official X (formerly Twitter) handle of his former media aide, Bashir Ahmad. Former President Muhammadu Buhari and his close associates who welcomed him to the country on Sunday at the Kano Airport.
According to Ahmad, former President Buhari who returned to Nigeria on Sunday, and landed at the Kano Airport, was warmly received to the country by family members and close associates.
Ahmad stated, ” After a month long trip to London, former President Muhammadu Buhari has returned to Nigeria. Upon his arrival at Kano Airport, he was warmly received by family members and closed associates who gathered to welcome him back.” Recall, during former President Buhari’s trip to London, he paid a courtesy visit to elder statesman and former Nigeria’s Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon.
