Ex-presidential candidate Calls for Arrest of Prophet Ebuka Obi
Human rights activist and former presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore has demanded the arrest of self-proclaimed “Prophet” Ebuka Obi for allegedly deceiving people with false prophecies and fraudulent miracles.
Sowore criticised law enforcement for targeting a woman, Loveth Helen Alo, instead of Obi.
Alo, 32, was arraigned in an Enugu court for falsely claiming ownership of a five-bedroom duplex during a testimony at Obi’s Zion Prayer Ministry in Lagos.

The police arrested her following a petition, and she later confessed to fabricating the story.

Sowore condemned the authorities’ actions, arguing that Obi is the real fraudster for allegedly exploiting church members financially.
He also expressed willingness to support Alo and called for anyone with her contact information to reach out to him.
