ELECTORAL TIME TABLE:UNITED NIGERIA AMBASSADORS EULOGISE PRESIDENT BUHARI, APPEALS TO APC LEADERS TO SUPPORT OSINBAJO’S EMERGENCE AS FLAG BEARER

Following the release of the 2023 Electoral timetable by the independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), United Nigeria Ambassadors, A Political Group advocating for a peaceful and United Nigeria has appealed to Governor and Elected APC National and State House of Assembly Members to support the emergence of the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osibanjo as the consensus candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) ahead of the forthcoming general election.
The group made the appeal in Abuja through Amb Timothy Nwachukwu, The National Coordinator if United Nigeria Ambassadors and a Member of The Progressive Youth Group,
The group appreciated the governors and party leaders for thier role in stabilising the party, They commended the party Stakeholders for the adoption of the 26th March party convention.
The group further appealed to all the Stakeholders to support the emergence of Vice President Prof Yemi Osinbajo,
*In his words, Amb Timothy Nwachukwu stated thus, “We commend Our Father, President Buhari for signing the electoral Bill Into law, this is a clear demostration that he is committed to the reform of the electoral process having been a victim of the electoral flaws since 2003.*
*”The electoral umpire has blown the first whistle for all political parties to prepare ahead of the general election with the release of election time table.*
*”We are therefore appealing to the Patriotic leaders of our great party and all the governors to consider and support the emergence of Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, who has been on the saddle faithfully serving Nigeria for the past 7 years in all loyalty, sincerity and deligence*
*Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo has shown capacity and Leadership, he is a Patriot who believes in the unity of this great country. He is part of the formulation and implementation of the program and policies of this present Administration and thus it has prepared him as the best successor to take over and consolidate on the gains that has been made by president Buhari.*
*We wish to remind out party leaders that Vice President Osinbajo is generally acceptable to all Nigerians both the old and young and thus, posseses the requisite Political sagacity, acumen, healthy body and mindset that is needed to harness the potentials of our great country.*
