As the air keep getting thicker in records delivery of basic needs of the society and humanitarian dispositions, pursuing it cause in tandem with the manifestos of No.1 Citizen Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Rt Hon. Statistical data revealed the deplorable condition and lacks of interest of our students to aim for higher education and professional studies due to lacks of money to set up such goals from the backdrop, in total negligence of our political office holders and leaders.
