During a presentation by Adedamola Benard Adedejo, the Program Director of DAF, the foundation’s commitment to empowering every student and adapting to evolving educational landscapes through proactive technology integration was emphasized. DAF expresses eagerness to collaborate with educational authorities, aligning “Prep” seamlessly with Ondo State’s educational goals to foster digital literacy in primary and secondary education.

As a precursor to the “Prep” initiative, DAF had previously distributed over 1,000 free primary six common entrance past questions and answers compendium in selected primary schools across three Local Government Areas in Ondo State. Additionally, DAF awarded scholarships to ten top-performing primary six pupils who received the free compendium.

Pastor Femi Agagu, the Ondo State Commissioner of Education, praised the intervention as critical and laudable, acknowledging the potential benefits for students based on the exhibited demo. He expressed gratitude to DAF for its dedication to the educational sector, commending the foundation for developing a digital tool that facilitates seamless learning.

Key officials from the Ministry of Education who attended the event included Mrs. Adegoke, the Permanent Secretary; Mr. Obajulaye, the Director of Planning, Research, and Statistics; and Mr. Abioye, the Registrar of Examinations.

DAF remains driven by the belief that the “Prep” initiative will significantly contribute to digital literacy in the educational programs of the Ondo State Government.
