The popular High court area in Akure the ondo state capital is currently in turmoil as
Tipper drivers blocked the road attacking commercial motorcycle operators popularly known as ‘Okada’ riders.
Eye witnesses say the enraged drivers were protesting
the manner through which one of their trucks was burnt beyond recognition on Friday.

An Okada rider was said to have rammed into the truck which broke down resulting to the death of the rider.

The high court road is currently deserted as residents and passersby have scampered for safety.
