Coalition of Non-Indigenes For Aketidatiwa Condole with Aiyedatiwa, Ondo Govt and the Akeredolu Family
The Convener of COALITION OF NON-INDIGENES FOR AKETIDATIWA; one of the partisan Independent Campaign Support Group for the Re-election project of Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu SAN CON as Governor and Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa as Deputy Governor of Ondo State respectively hereby convey the deepest heartfelt condolences to the Government and good people of Ondo State over the demise of Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu who died in a private Hospital in Germany.
According to a Press Statement made available to Media Houses across the Nation and signed by Austine Alaba Medaiyedu, the Group described the death of Akeredolu as a great loss not only to the family nor the State, but to the entire country as a whole.
We share from the pains and moment of grief the family is passing through and we pray to God Almighty to grant them the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
Akeredolu as Governor of Ondo state provided a DETRIBALIZED Leadership style of governance by creating an enabling environment for both Indigenes and Non-Indigenes to peacefully live together in the state.
Being part of the support Groups that played a major role in the Re-election project of AKETIDATIWA in year 2020, the Coalition admonished Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa to please consider the re-integration of Non-Indigenes into the governance process of the state as the late Governor was not able to accomplish that before his demise.
The percentage of the population of Non-Indigenes in Ondo State cannot be overemphasized and Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa should leverage on it for the continuation of the Peace and Progress the State is currently enjoying.
It is a known fact that Ondo State is one of the most luckiest State in Nigeria that is blessed with well-behaved and Peaceful Community of Non-Indigenes.
We shall continue to contribute our quota to the Development of the state in all ramifications.
