Chief Lawrence Adenugba calls for peaceful council poll in Ondo, declares supports for all APC candidates
A chieftain of the ruling All progressive Congress in Ileoluji has called on the people of Ondo state particularly the epectorates to be law abiding and ensure peaceful council poll across the eighteen local Government areas and particularly in Ileoluj- okeigbo LG, he also declares total support for all APC candidates ahead of the forthcoming Council elections.
Chief Adenugba in a statement issued to newsmen on Friday, explained the importance of grassroot governance and the need for his Party the APC to win all the seats at the council.
He stressed the importance of Local Government administration and the awaiting turnaround of council areas in the state particularly in Ileoluj-okeigbo in term of development and social-wellbeing
He also commended Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for his commitment to ensure grassroot governance and the conduct of Local Government election by 18th of January, 2025 across the State.
According to him, our Governor is a Democrat who understands the tenet and ethos of good governance and rule of law.
“We are indeed confident and have strong assurance of our candidates capabilities both the Chairmanship candidates and all the wards Councilorship candidates, he said.
I want to urge the good people of Ileoluj-okeigbo to come out in thousands and vote all the APC candidates, chief Adenugba said.
