Catholic Priest sets to Support 45 Members with 5Om Naira worth of Business Grant.
Meet Very Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Ating, the Parish Priest of St Anthony Catholic church, Ewet Housing Estate, Uyo and Vicar General, Catholic Diocese of Uyo.
This is a Catholic priest who waived millions of Naira worth of loans borrowed by his parishioners for various reasons, including businesses over the weekend.
According to him, he is moved by empathy to waive the loans considering the economic situation in the country, which is making repayment a bid difficult for some of the loaners.
To mark his 45th Anniversary as a Catholic Priest, Very Rev. Fr. Ating is also set to empower 45 Catholic faithfuls with 50 million Naira worth of business grants.
This is highly commendable.
