During the week, the comedian set tongues wagging after he posted a picture of himself and MhizVick with the caption, “About to step into the next chapter of my life.”

This led to many congratulating the funny man. Recall that in 2022, his marriage to Elsie, the mother of his children, had crashed.

In a statement sent to Sunday Scoop, Basketmouth revealed that the pictures were posted to arouse the attention of people for their forthcoming film titled, A Ghetto Love Story.

The movie is set to be released in November 2024, and will be distributed by Filmone.

Highlighting what the movie is about, the statement read, “The movie blends comedic moments with an impactful story. It is expected to be both entertaining and insightful.”
