AMLSN Honours Njoku with Awards of Excellency
The Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria, Imo State Chapter over the weekend honoured, Dr Ikechukwu Njoku with an Award of Excellence.
Dr Iyke Njoku was the immediate past Commissioner of Environment Imo State, also the Apex APC Leader in Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State.
As a Medical Lab Scientist, he has won different prestigious awards ranging from his outstanding leadership roles both in medical field, politics and all rounds.
The Association conferred on him the Award of excellence during the Association Annual Scientific workshop and Health Week tagged “AMLSN Health Week and Scientific Conference 2022” which took place on October, 8, 2022.
AMLSN is the umbrella body that writes all Licensed Medical Laboratory Scientists across the nation with the primary mandate to promote the welfare of the Association as well as protect the interest of her members with the view of encouraging them deliver, both in public and private sectors, excellent diagnostic Services which is the reflection of International best practices.
Notably, it is the tradition of the Association, to come together annually to discuss issues of common interest and chart the way forward.
Dr Ikechukwu Njoku’s Award according to the Association was in recognition of his outstanding contributions in the field of Health, politics and the advancement of humanity at large.
