Its no more a news that the member representing the good people of Akoko North East and West at the Federal house of Representatives, Hon. Bunmi Tunji Ojo has been appointed as a Minister by the Administration of President Bola Tinubu.
Hence, there is need to sort out a replacement process based on the electoral law of the land, for the people of Akoko North federal constituency to be represented.
As a result, one of the political big fish in the All Progressives Congress, a dependable and a reliable woman Announces her interest to join the race to replace BTO at the Federal House of Representatives Abuja.
Hon. Abiye in a press statement released to our heritage reporter on Friday morning, expresses her delighted interest joining the race to represent the good people of Akoko North East and West in the green Chamber.
According to her, i am delighted to announce to the good people of our federal constituency my interest to represent your interest in Abuja, my brother has done well and he has been elevated to Ministerial positions, this is a good development for us in Akoko North i must confess that, and now we need a replacement not just a replacement but a better replacement which i considered myself to be fit and capable for the vacant seat.
My good people of Akoko North East and West, i am offering myself for you all as a tool for expected development, my aspirations are coupled and focused on bringing out the best in our youths, women and community development via qualitative representation.
Out the nine federal lawmakers from Ondo, none of them is a woman, there is need for gender balance, i have come to show that women can also exhibit excellence in lawmaking, am fully prepared for the tasks ahead and i can beat my chest for you all that i am ready to take up the challenge.
I urge you all to join me, come and support me, lets fight for this project, its a call for service and nothing more, we are prepared for this, its not just a night dream, its a long time aspirations on how best to foster development and growth of Akoko North East and West.
