After Losing Multi-Million Dollar Investment In Lagos Over Demolition, Igbo Businessman Returns Home To Invest In Enugu
Mr. Paul Onwuanibe, an enterprising Igbo-born entrepreneur and the CEO of Landmark Africa Group, is bringing part of his chain of businesses back home from Lagos after suffering a significant setback when its recreational center, Landmark Beach, was demolished to make way for the ongoing Lagos-Calabar Coast Highway Project.
Recently, he finalized a major agreement with the Enugu State Government to take over the 150-hectare Nike Lake Resort on a 35-year lease.
This transformative partnership seeks to reposition the iconic resort as a world-class tourism and leisure destination, aligning with the state’s vision for sustainable economic growth and enhanced global recognition.
Landmark Africa is one of the leading players in Nigeria’s tourism and hospitality industry.
