Adegbegi appointed Managing Director of RUGIPO Ventures
The Acting Rector, Rufus Giwa Polytechnic Owo, Mr. Olorunwa Adegun has approved the appointment of Dr Ademuyiwa Joshua Adegbegi of the Institution’s Department of Science Laboratory Technology as the new Managing Director of the institution’s Consultancy Firm aka RUGIPO Ventures.
Dr Ademuyiwa Adegbegi, as at the time of his appointment, is the Head of Unit, Biochemistry, Department of Science Laboratory Technology, and member of many Committees at the Departmental, Faculty and Institutional levels, takes over from Mr A.A. Fadero, a former Auditor of the Institution. Dr Adegbegi is expected to use his wealth of experience and exposure to bring about innovative and creative development to the institution, through the Ventures, particularly in the area of revenue boosting and economic growth for the institution, Ondo State and Nigeria at large.
RUGIPO VENTURES is the Business arm of the institution, a fully registered consult with the Corperate Affairs Commission, set up to generate revenue, boost the income of the institution and enhance economic growth and development. The various units of the Ventures are production of Pure Drinking water, Bakery and Bread, Hotel and Hospitality, Farming and Agricultural, Legal services, Printing press, Building and construction, Digital marketing and Advertisment, Financial Auditing and services, Education management, Real Estate Consultancy and management, Media and Entertainments, Job Recruitment and Consultancy, and General Services like Laundry, Barbing, fashion Designer, catering and events planning.
