Mobilization of 3600 Youths into Abuja against Mele Kyari, Fuel Price Hike begins
Today Thursday, the national leadership of the Emerging Leaders Forum of Nigeria (ELFON), an umbrella body for Leaders of Youth Professional bodies, Ethnic youth organisations and young business owners has directed all her 36 state chapters to mobilize 100 Nigerian Youth each into Abuja next week for a demonstration for the immediate reduction of fuel pump price and the removal of Mele Kyari as GMD of Nigeria National Petroleum Company Ltd.
Addressing Journalists in Abuja, The ELFON National President, Godstime Samuel stated that the Emerging Leaders of Nigeria will not allow the likes of Mele Kyari and his Co- travellers to systematically plung Nigeria into further economic crisis and untold hardship for Nigerians.
Godstime confirmed the resolve by young Nigerians to protest against the new fuel price while calling on President Bola Tinubu to sack Mele Kyari.
ELFON used tge opportunity to call on security agencies to accord them all necessary security as their demonstration is for the good of Nigerians and Nigeria.
“We will occupy Abuja until our demands are met”, Godstime stated.
