There was a confusion on Thursday Five persons at Ago Dada, near Ala village/Imafon in Akure North local government area of Ondo State have been struck dead by mysterious thunderstorm.

gathered that 5 middle aged men were playing football when the incident.

The victims are farmers from other neighbouring states.

An eyewitness who is a chief hunter told our heritage reporter that the people of the village alleged the Head of the community of complicity in the mysterious incident, as the similar incident occurred last year in the area with 9 villagers struck by thunderstorm.

It was gathered that it took the timely intervention of policemen and hunters to rescused the village Head from being lynched.
