Just In: Ondo Assembly lawmaker, Hon Omole Escapes Assassination

Hon. Akogun Olugbenga Omole, member Ondo State House of Assembly representing Akoko South-West Constituency 1 today March 31st, 2022 narrowly escaped assassination after multiple gunshots fired at his car by unknown gunmen in the heart of Akure, the state capital.

Omole is also the Spokesman of the Assembly.
The lawmaker confirmed to our heritage reporter that the incident had been reported to security operatives.
