Nigerian Aerospace Industry Celebrates Dr. Nelson Oluwole Ibigbami on Birthday.
The head of administration, Advanced Aerospace Engines Laboratory (AAELab), Oka-Akoko, Ondo State, Olu-martins Martins FCIA, on behalf of the management and members of staff celebrates and commends a seasoned aerospace engineer of repute, Dr. Nelson Oluwole Ibigbami on the special occasion of his birthday. Olu-martins FCIA who delivered the management goodwill message through the Personal Assistant, Media and Publicity to the centre director expressed the laboratory heartfelt gratitude for all what the aerospace boss had done for individual, AAELab members and the host community as a whole.
Pastor Olu-Martins stated that the visionary leadership and dedication of NASRDA boss to the development of AAELab Oka-Akoko have been truly inspired many and become source of references and motivations to other centres. The head of the administration noted that under Dr. Ibigbami watch as the director of AAELab Oka-Akoko, the laboratory is flourishing and it has become a place of enviness through its activity and research in accordance to the mandates of the centre. Olu-martins Martins FCIA confessed on behalf of the management that the laboratory director has been able to create an enviable and conducive environment where staff can thrive academically, digitally and grow in their specialization.
The scientist turns astute and a renowned administrator, Olu-Martins FCIA specifically thanks the electrical engineering expert for his unwavering support and understanding of the workplace environment.
He describes Dr. Ibigbami as a “professional administrator” and as a boss who belief in the potentiality of the young generations and his continuous efforts to groom and empower them have been so appreciative and instrumental in shaping the future of young youths especially those of AAELab Oka-Akoko.
The laboratory public relation officer stated that within the short period of time as the director of the laboratory, Dr. Ibigbami had in several occasions organized several initiative and training programs, a gesture that gave members of staff to learn, unlearned, re-learned and develop essential skills in work place. Olu-Martins reechoes that, Engr. Nelson Ibigbami commitment to the staff welfares and growths will never go unnoticed, and people we always remained immensely grateful to him.

The head of administration noted that Engr.
